Type Testing

Finsoft is also capable to conduct analysis of complex systems, aimed to verify whether essential safety requirements are met.

Activities

Type Testing: characterization of Equipment Under Test (EUT) through EMC testing, by mechanical, climatic and electrical vibrations in accordance to CENELEC international standards
Type Testing: production of Type Test Plan (TTP) and Type Test Report (TTR) in accordance with CENELEC international standards
Failure Testing: research of the evidences of resonance and fatigue until failure (design verification of compliance with CENELEC international standards

SCMT TESTING ONBOARD
SCMT is an acronym for Sistema Controllo Marcia Treno (Train Gear Control System) and refers to a set of equipment, features and technologies that support the rolling stock conduct on an "old" or not adequately equipped line (i.e. that not complying with the ERTMS standards (European Railway Traffic Management System). These tests allow to increase the safety level and, as well, let the means travel at higher speeds.

D.I.S. TESTING
Testing on the D.I.S. (Conduct Information System), a distributed system designed to collect, transfer and manage data generated on board of the rolling stocks.
