Implementation of the production flow real-time monitor of all the production lines of all the Fiat/partners plants worldwide, starting from the bodywork up to the delivery yards (including quality control).

The Fiat Auto WebPoint allows to keep under control different situations such as: production advance, losses, stops, delays, lacks that refer to a specific order / chassis and are tracked in any single detail.

At the moment, the “visibility” is of 30 days; the stored data regarding reporting losses are tracked down to the past 13 months.

WebPoint integrates components of data entry, flow, auditing and reporting for the systems that monitor losses and stock (insite and offsite).

WebPoint integrates and communicates with other offsite quality control systems (e.g. SGS control system for the G. VICO plant).
